What are the terms and conditions?
We require that you register the domain through us. If you want to transfer a domain to us, we will as you to at least renew it with us. Although renewing isnt a requirement, please do it as your part in building something we can be proud of. Without your funding, we cannot grow the service to the extent that we planned to.

Further than that, TELL A FRIEND!! The more people we gather, the better we can make the service.
We will send you a single weekly mail with offers. The mail will be limited to once a week only.

So how do I sign up?
Simply click on the order button below and follow the steps. Its all automated so as soon as you've paid for your domain, the package will be active and the details will be sent to you. Easy as that!

So why should you use us?
Webmatix has been in the hosting and development market for the last four years. In that time, our clients have enjoyed stable services with minimal down time. We believe that a support desk should not be the core of an internet service provider. The services should be stable enough to prevent our clients from contacting us. Although we do have the support to back you up, we really dont want to have anyone complaining about our services.

As part of the deal, we provide you with a management console to allow you to manage your own hosting package, this includes email addresses, hosting support, DNS management and ftp management.

We've searched high and low for the right products to support your hosting and we've done the investment in packages such as parallels helm and cpanel.

If thats not enough, we also pride ourselves in keeping up to date with technology. We were one of the first service providers to run the .NET framework 3.5 on our servers. As soon as it was released, we were testing it.

Packages include access to the Helm or Cpanel admin systems.

Over usage is charged at R0.09 per MB

What about databases?
We offer Microsoft SQL 2005 databases as well as MySQL databases with all the MyHost and ProHost Packages. Databases are available to purchase seperately on the Beginner and the Personal packages.

What about mail services?
At present, we use the Smartermail 5.5 server. We use this mainly because of the stability in the services. That and the awesome webmail client with the fantastic outlook look and feel. If you do need additional mail addresses with your package they are available at R10 per mail box.
